Sovereign Tower Items: Golden Key Route Notes
The Golden Key is tied to reported Peace and War variants, but its exact acquisition path, ownership rules, and ending effect are not fully verified.
Treat the Golden Key as a route variable: record who obtained it, which task delivered it, and what the final timeline actually changes.
The reported item chain
- In Search for the Golden Key is the focused item lead.
- The Legend of the Golden Key is the broader route lead.
- Angelica is associated with the reported focused task.
- High Wit and multi-knight requirements are reported but not a verified universal threshold.
Why the item matters
The research links Golden Key possession to extended Peace or War variants. That relationship is useful for planning a test run, but it should not be presented as proof of a formal “true ending.”
Record the item like a state variable
Write the Act, task result, assigned knights, item owner, rewind count, final confrontation choice, and end-screen wording. This separates item possession from an assumed ending label.
Research connects the Golden Key to named tasks and ending variants, while the complete item table and trigger order remain open.
Verification status
Still to confirm: Replay both Golden Key tasks and record the item state, owner, timing, and ending effect in the formal version.
